The cultural diversity of the group differs from one charter to another. It is worth noting that some charters are still as strict as ever.

Strict Rules They Follow During Club Meetings

When members of the club get together for meetings, they have to follow certain rules. The guidelines have since become known as Robert’s Rules of Order. They were invented in 1876. At first, they were supposed to be used in business meetings. However, they were later introduced to the Hells Angels. These rules help make the meetings democratic. Among others, they need to stick to the agenda, can ask questions, and only interrupt when need be. Anyone who breaks the rules pays a fine of $100.
