Even if you have everything that you need to join them, they still have strict regulation on who are not allowed to join them. If you have applied to become a prison guard or a police officer in the past, you’re automatically crossed off the list. Those who are accused of child molestation are also forbidden from joining as well. These guidelines are known by the public.

When You Are A Hang-Around
Once you are deemed eligible, you can now start the process as a “hang-around.” It serves as the first part of the process. A candidate will then be invited to certain club meetings or other events held at open gathering venues.
