As the talking member of the magical duo Penn and Teller, Jillette once said that losing 100 pounds took magic. Granted, Penn did lose a lot of weight rather quickly however he feels way better now that he’s at a comfortable weight. He eats “whole plants,” has given up added oil, sugar, refined grains like bread and pasta, and all animal products.
Rob Kardashian
No doubt you recognize his family name, Rob is a television personality (best known for Keeping Up with the Kardashians) and businessman. He also was the runner up of season 13 of Dancing with the Stars. Kardashian was diagnosed with diabetes in 2015 and has been making some serious lifestyle changes since. He has his own chef who makes him nothing but healthy meals, he drinks protein shakes and green juices, and he goes to sleep at 10PM so he can work out in the morning.
