The lifestyle of a celebrity, partying, and drugs were Leif’s downfall. In 1979, at 17 years old, he crashed a rented Porsche which caused his friend to become paraplegic. Leif has run into drug and legal troubles repeatedly, from attempting to buy cocaine from undercover police in the ‘80s to getting arrested for possession of heroin. Leif’s adult life hasn’t been very productive, but hopefully, the court-ordered rehab helps.
