While discovering old pictures hidden away in houses is a creepy thing in itself, finding one that asks the finder if they see “him” is a whole other level of horrifying. Not to mention, it’s a totally valid reason to sell the place and move very far away.

Here is a pretty incredible find. One family discovered a famous Norman Rockwell painting hidden behind a fake wall in their late father’s house in Vermont. The father had kept a fake one on display in the house so that his wife wouldn’t get the real one in their divorce. He never mentioned a thing, even on his deathbed. The painting ended up selling in an auction for $15.4 million. Another similar story happened in New York. A man remembered that he had a $300 million Michaelangelo painting behind his couch. He forgot that it’s been sitting there for 27 years.
