Prospects are welcome to attend closed meetings, but they cannot vote on club matters at this time. They can wear a cut with a patch depicting the club’s territory or state. Members put prospects to the test before deciding whether or not to initiate them as fully-patched Hells Angels members.

A Unanimous Vote Is Required After That
The last step of the process involves voting among the members. Before this can happen, all the members of the charter need to vote the prospect in as a fully-patched member of the Hells Angels. Prior to the actual voting, the prospect normally goes to all the charters in the area to show his devotion to the club and introduce himself.
