JAMES LIPTON, 92 YEARS OLD
James Lipton is an American writer, lyricist, and actor. He is the executive producer, host, and also the writer for the TV series Inside the Actors Studio. He wanted to make good use of the knowledge he had gained working in Hollywood, so he created a three-year program at Pace University. The program is meant for aspiring actors to be able to learn from the best in the business in order to advance their careers. Originally, Lipton was studying to become a lawyer and did some acting on the side to finance his studies. But over time he ended up remaining in the acting world, becoming a producer and a writer among other things.

David Attenborough is still working in his field today as a broadcaster and naturalist. Currently a writer and presenter for the BBC Natural History Unit, he began his career as an editor for children’s books in a publishing company. Before that, he had served in the Royal Navy in North Wales. After his editing job, he took another position at BBC as a producer. Only later on in his career did he begin to work as a naturalist. The point where he started working with nature, was when he presented and produced a 3-part series called Animal Patterns.
