Dey went on to appear in several films, such as Skyjacked, Disappearance and Little Women, and television series, including the massively popular L.A. Law. The actress refuses to join the reunion shows of The Partridge Family. After the end of the show, she and co-star David Cassidy briefly dated but things didn’t work out, and to this day the two do not speak to each other.

Karen Anne Carpenter became a household name as an American singer and drummer. Her skills on her instrument were quite outstanding, and she even earned the admiration of different drumming luminaries. However, what truly made her a star was her contralto vocal range. She performed with her brother, Richard, as a duo, and their 1970 album, “Close to You,” became a massive success. It featured two hit singles, “We’ve Only Just Begun” and “(They Long to Be) Close to You,” which peaked at #2 and #1 on the Hot 100.
